Our hotel is just minutes from the Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, Biking and Hiking Trails, and the San Juan Mountains. The staff was shockingly helpful. They went out of their way.
No elevator.

We were actually very surprised by the kindness of the hotel staff. Especially the night staff. We asked for blankets and the next night we had brand new blankets in our room (the first night we had what was available delivered to our room and the tip refused). One of us also just casually mentioned at breakfast that they missed their oscillating fan at home. That evening, there was a fan in our room. I can't even remember the last time we had such outstanding service, and we travel a lot! Thank you! read more

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
The shower would go from hot to cold.

The hotel in general was clean.

The continental breakfast, the room was laid out well.

The staff were very helpful especially with the Internet. I enjoyed the room. The layout was perfect for two people.

the location was very convenient
no internet access in the room. only one pc in lobby

rooms were not that bad. cleaning staff was a little lack luster. continental breakfast was not very good either.

The temprapedic beds were terrific. Also, I liked having two sinks, one inside the bathroom and one outside.

The beds and bedding were fabulous!
It needed some updating and breakfast.

The staff was very friendly,helpful and the beds were fabulous. The pool would have been great if the weather would have permitted. I would stay there again in the future.

No computer hookup in the room; lobby computer iffy.

Very comfortable bed! The staff was friendly, but forgot our 3rd night reservation request-didn't clean the room until we asked-fortunately they could accommodate us, and even dropped the price. Request a room at the back-very quiet.

The complementary breakfast was very good, and the desk clerks were very good about recommending places of interest for us.
The cleaning crew did not vacuum our room the whole time we were there.

It was in a good location, not a lot of traffic like the other end of town. People were very nice and I would recommend this hotel to others. Plenty of space in the rooms. Not crowded like some other places we have stayed at. Just that the cleaning crew needs to vacuum the rooms when they come in to change linens. Other wise it was very nice.

Very clean, nice, by a very busy street. No sound in room.

was temper I didn't really like it compared to a normal bed.

I would recommend this hotel if you like temper beds and would like a clean place to say
microwave and refridge included easy access to all areas. However very busy street - no sound in room.
