Clean rooms.
Very disrespectful and unmotivated staff, Internet didn't work.

All hotel staff was unfriendly and not nice at all. Soundproofing of rooms was poor, rooms where clean though.

The bed was horrible. Rubber type pad bad sheets, blanket.

The hotel was a place to stay, I would not go back because the bedding and the breakfast was not up to standard for the price charged and No: of stars.

Manager DC was very nice.
They charge for extra people, that you don't plan on.

Next time we would probably stay at the Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn express. They looked a lot cleaner.

More channels on TV and stationary provided within hotel/motel room.
Dirty, stained carpets. Lots of gnats and mosquito's. Two doors down at the Holiday Inn Express is just the opposite.

The overall experience was bad. Aside from the dirty and stained carpets and the annoying gnats and mosquitos the free continental breakfast is nothing to brag about. The manager did not use gloves when setting food out or while putting it away. No cleaners used to clean tables. A guest had poured too much cereal in her bowl and shoveled some out into another bowl with her bare hand. The unwanted cereal was left on the counter and later the manager dumped the cereal back into the dispenser for some other unfortunate soul to eat. The continental breakfast was/is white or wheat bread, melted chocolate donuts, thawed/moist once-friezed waffles, recycled cereal, or oatmeal. To drink was/is warm milk or orange juice in a plastic pitcher (the four juices in the machine dispenser is just for looks. It did not work). At nine the breakfast is over (mind you with bare hands) bread is put bag in the original bag, thawed once-frozen waffles are placed in the original box and put in the freezer, the warm milk and juice are poured back into the original containers, and I don't know about the donuts. The eating area does not have high chairs or boosters, the tables and floors were dirty. read more

Clean but definitely 2-star.
Breakfast bar not maintained and too little coffee.

If they want repeat business, don't tell customers not to use Priceline. It makes them feel uncomfortable.

Free internet and new bed.
Everything else.

I was traveling with my son, I had to pay extra for an additional bed. The ice machine was not kept stocked. The breakfast was not serviced. The beds were new which was nice but all the old mattresses were out behind the hotel, very unsightly. The customer service lacked as well.

Nothing really.

This hotel fell short of our expectations of a Ramada Inn.

Close to interstate.
Amenities, poor attitude of staff, run down facility.

I was really disappointed that Ramada put their good name on this particular facility. The wireless Internet was inoperable, the front desk had no disposable razors or combs for travelers who forgot, the breakfast cereal was stale, the donuts were nearly stale (definitely not fresh) and the bananas were way too ripe. The hallways are dark from lights being out and our hair dryer was inoperable in the room which was a big deal for our teenage daughter. We just all expected more from Ramada. read more
