Convenient to get into and short distance to downtown Helen. Nice pillows.
The hair dryer did not work and the iron had gunk on it which ruined an expensive blouse of mine.

For the price, the quality was good. None of the hotels in Helen are very good, but this one was on the upper end of the scale. Beds, pillows, towels were good. Best thing is it is far enough away from the downtown reverie that it was very quiet and we got a good rest. We enjoyed it very much. The manager was very nice and the pool is a welcome treat. Great coffee!

The room was supposed to have a refrigerator and I was told none were available, this was not good as I had already bought milk and snacks for the kids.

I was not impressed at all. The manager was not helpful, and the room was not what I expected.

Price jump, but parking lot empty both nights.

Better than average motel. Quiet surroundings in heavy traveled resort area.

I liked the indoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi.
I didn't like that our room's air didn't work. We had to repack and move to another room.

Not a bad hotel. I wish we would have stayed at a hotel more in the middle of Helen instead of on the edge. I think that in cold weather the hotel will be a big hit with my kids because of the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. And even though the first room we were in didn't have the air working properly, we were dealt with very quickly by the staff.
