Very comfortable for what we needed: a place to sleep while we visited family for Thanksgiving. Bathroom was small (I have mobility issues), so we requested an ADA room, only to be told that it was a higher rate. We made do with the original room, but I thought that it was against the law to charge more for a room of the same class (NS King) where the only difference was ADA compliance. read more

We were on the Second floor. If you wanted ice, you had to take the elevator to the first floor. In addition, there was a large screw protruding from the ottoman, which inflicted a would on my wifes leg.

Noise level above us, we stayed on 2nd floor.

I was overall pleased. The continental breakfast in the morning was very good. The young staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and the shower was awesome!

Parking lot was unplowed 4 days after snow; was slushy upon arrival/ice upon leaving - unsafe.

Desk staff was just there - busy on his laptop when I arrived. Parking lot was unplowed and unsafe 4 days after snow. Room was okay, but a little run-down.

A guest who was unpleasant.

Situated in the Berkshires, convenient to all its attractions, this hotel is clean, pretty and very pleasant. The staff at the hotel were attentive, friendly and capable. The stay went beautifully, and was far nicer, even, than I expected. Five stars!

It was clean and quiet.
No amenities, etc.

Aside from there being no amenities, e.g. pool, lounge, gym, we found the room with king bed to be cramped, the upholstery and bed skirt were quite dirty, the TV channel selection was limited, i.e. no HBO, etc. and the room smelled musty.
