Priced right for what I got, budget and convenient.
The area looked rough, but it was safe there.

Close to the beach and airport. Bad looking neighborhood but after the first night it was as safe as could be expected.

Good breakfast. Very friendly breakfast hostess,
Located on busy street. Traffic noise was a problem trying to sleep

Hotel was adequate for our short stay. Really enjoyed the breakfast, and the host was very friendly and helpful. Had to run the fan in the room to drown out traffic noise, and a few ants in the bathroom. Otherwise quite comfortable.

The clean room.
They claim airport shuttle, however they highly restrict who may or may not use that shuttle!

Customer service was not to be found! They were rude and not helpful!

I booked this hotel only after your agent assured me of LAX shuttle service. At the time I stated I only wanted room from 11:30 am till 9:00 pm and would need shuttle service for this time frame! She assured me it was from 6:00 am till 12:00 am. This miss information cost me $30.00 in cab fares. Hotel runs service from 1:00 pm till 12:00 am pickup from LAX. From 6:00 am till 11:00 am for return to LAX. I would at least like my booking fee returned! read more

Save place, good size rooms and staff was polite.

It is a good hotel for the price. Close to air port,fast foods restaurants and highways. Absolutely recommended for the travelers having tight budget.

The location and price are good.
The bed is not very clean. I saw one bug on the bed.

Good location, reasonable price. Staffs are nice. Not much choice for the breakfast. The hotel needs to pay more attention to the cleanness of the rooms.
