No jacuzzi, TV in room did not work properly once you turned up the volume.

Nice hotel and meet my expectations. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, we had no problem with our stay.

The employees were the nicest and most accommodating that I have ever met.
The pool was freezing my two year old still liked it but it would have been nicer if warm.

The Room was very nice and well up to date. It was also very clean a big plus. The only thing that could have been nicer was the TV and programing it would have been nice to rent a movie. But over all It was worth every penny. Especially the great customer service.

The room was small the bed was hard.

The bed was hard as a rock, we had to find a way to hold the curtains back from the air conditioner or the air would blow up into the curtains and not into the room while the curtains were closed. Also the air conditioner didn't really cool the room very well even on the highest cool setting until early in the morning. In order to get hot water in the bathtub and shower you had to turn the hot water on in the sink first and let it run there first before. There is a lot this hotel needs to fix before I would recommend this hotel to anyone or stay in it again myself. read more

It was quiet, clean, employees friendly & helpful.

It was clean, quiet, in a safe area of Little Rock, employees were friendly & helpful, and it was in a convenient location to the medical facilities that we were using. The beds were comfortable & I could smell the cleanness of the sheets. Towels were thick, soft, new. I highly recommend this Ramada Ltd to anyone who is in the area. Very importantly, my mother and I felt safe there. read more

The entire staff is to be commended for their warmth and friendliness.
Very shabby and run-down looking.

Really a motel. It definitely needs a cosmetic overhaul. Very unappealing, with dirty-looking rooms, although they may not have actually been as grubby as they seemed. On the other hand, the staff was wonderful, very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was not bad, although again, the surroundings were less than attractive. The floor in my bathroom was slick with something (may be it got waxed by mistake?), which made it a bit hazardous to walk on. read more

The staff was very helpful.
Fitness center was tiny.

I think that the hotel. It just seemed a little worn down. The continental breakfast had several healthy options and the staff did a great job of keeping tables clear and restocking food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that the hotel was so close to a variety of restaurants. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.
