Ramada Limited Medicine Hat

I thought I requested a three star and was disappointed it turned out to be a 2 star. There was no elevator and I was on crutches. The rooms need updating like tile carpet, etc. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Outside facing rooms like a motel I didn't like. Railings and patio was very worn. Good for a businessman.

This hotel was not good at all. It was worse than a 1 star. We were there with the family and no one like it. Everything there was unacceptably disgusting. The TV did not work, the towels were not washed, there was hair on the pillows and the sheets smelled very bad. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, there were moths everywhere! It was not worth the money.

A good value, an indoor pool, convenient location.

After waiting 20 minutes upon arrival (3:30pm) in the lobby I and another man went looking for some one to help us check in, found her in the breakfast room watching TV. Rooms were clean but hallways and outside were dirty. Our room had no room service the next morning, I had to go to the desk for clean towels, soap, coffee etc. My wife made the bed for our second night stay. The internet did not work. This hotel is being used for the Oil field transients. I would not recommend this for a couple to stay, ok for a one night traveler who does not need the internet. read more

The rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating of us. We traveled over 9 hours with young children and stayed there because of the pool and restaurant there and both were closed.

Good price, bed a little too hard, but overall, good value.

I would not stay in this hotel again.
