Very nice bathroom with clean, fluffy towels - not the thread bare, scratchy ones we found in other hotels. Clean linens and attractive furnishings.

The last clerk that we dealt with was helpful, the rest were rude.
Was to far from the main area as we had no car.

If you have car and little money, it would be OK, but if you are relying on metro transportation, it is not the place to stay.

Noisy (airport, street noise) small rooms, not clean.

Great place if you don't mind small, stuffy rooms, airport flight paths and highway noise at night.

The continental breakfast was well done.
This hotel charged us extra money for two beds. We were upset with this practice.

Overall this hotel was ok. We were disappointed that they would charge us extra for 2 beds. We were 3 women (one child, one senior and one adult) traveling alone on a strict budget, so to be asked for additional money was disappointing. The room was fine for a stay over, bathroom and shower area could have been cleaner. Because of the money issue, we would not stay there again and would not recommend to our friends. read more

It has a microwave.
It disliked everything about the hotel.

The room was very small. I stayed in room 140, and there was awful odor in the bathroom, and when asked for another room the front desk refused the switch. He said there was no vacancy but the parking lot was empty.

The rooms were small with an odor of room freshener which was unpleasant at best. The place was old and not well maintained but clean.

Accommodating and helpful, friendly, clean. Best complementary breakfast of any hotel we have visited.
Room was cramped.

Good location, helpful friendly staff. Huge TV with front access for viewing digital camera photos. Best very complete complementary breakfast of any hotel we visited on this trip!

Hard to get to your room, parking not convenient.

Location a bit far from Cannery Row and Pacific Grove. Luckily I was fairly familiar with the streets so coming and going was not a problem.
