Close to fwy.
Moldy spa, no exh fan in bath, twin sheets used as bedspreads, no fridge/microwave.
Upon check in, room given was not ready, all room had smaller beds, sheets used as bedspreads, beds slopply made,no fridge, no microwave, no exh fan in bathroom, only rec'd 3 towels, asked for more, never rec'd. pool and spa were very moldy, not cleaned in several days, 2 of 3 AC's in pool area non fuctional, pool area miserably hot and humid, the elevator dropped abruptly at the 3rd floor, scary and unsafe.
I will never stay there again.
I have stayed in nicer hotels for one third the price. read more

The continental breakfast, luggage carrier, food delivery and the parking were beneficial to our stay.

Convenient location to freeway and businesses.
The front door did not have an automatic opener, needed for elderly, disabled and travelers with their hands full of luggage!
The hotel security was good as the front was the only entry. The staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated having breakfast in the lobby. We sought a hotel with a microwave and refrigerator due to our dietary needs, and this one did.

The room was very spacious.
The carpet was old looking, and was coming up around the hot tub.
Over all it was a nice hotel. This is not something that I would write home about. It was the A typical hotel. I had purchased the higher end room and was not that impressed. Don't get me wrong this hotel was far from bad, but a hotel is a hotel. It did have a spacious room with a couch, that was really nice. It was nice to have something else to sit on besides the typical chairs. read more

The kids liked the pool.
Surrounding, breakfast area.
We found a clean room to stay with the whole family. The breakfast area was too small for the hotel and you had to clean your table before sitting down yourself. The surroundings were not very nice, but as we needed to go on with traveling to the National Park the Highway was close. It was Memorial Day Weekend so we extended one day and went back and forth because we were not sure to find another place. One person at the desk was very friendly, the other one not at all. Our Kids liked the pool very much for a short water-action. read more

Free breakfast.
No comforter on bed, pool area tiny and dirty, musty room smell.
I was very disappointed in this hotel. I thought that for the price it would at least have a comforter and bed skirt on the bed. The pool was very small and dirty. The night staff was friendly but the day staff seemed very uninterested in customer service. I would not want to stay here again.

The shower.
The Décor.
Nice staff, good classic continental breakfast. Comfortable bed but the air system was loud. Interior lighting could have been better but overall it was a pleasant stay.
