The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach & Redondo Beach Pier with water sports and jogging/bike track as well as bar, lounge, fishing, and restaurants. It is about one mile from Hermosa Beach and Palos Verdes, and about two miles from Manhattan Beach and the Del Amo Mall. The Los Angeles Airport is approximately eight miles from the hotel. Disneyland is 32 miles, Universal Studios is 33.6 miles, Hollywood is 28.1 miles, Six Flags Magic Mountain is 51.6 miles, Los Angeles is 25 miles away, and Knotts Berry Farm is 26 miles. Comfortable, nice staff, and close to town and beach. Very convenient.

Ramada is a nice clean, comfortable and affordable hotel. The hot tub was great. The staff was polite and helpful when you needed something. Direct TV was great too.

Non-cooperative staff and medications stolen after check out and no cooperation to retrieve them.

The carpet has multiple rolls under it and I was constantly tripping on them. The bathroom floor has sags and dips like it may be rotting below. Air conditioner worked erratically. I was not pleased with the hotel at all. The most distressing part was the managers – non cooperation regarding my critical heart medicines left behind. I know it was mistake to forget them, but I was down for my sons wedding and very distracted. I never did get them. read more

Walking distance to beach/pier. Close to stores/food.
Older building, beds a little uncomfortable but otherwise was perfect for our needs.

Friendly & helpfull staff. Loved the DirecTv in the room. Perfect for our needs.

The night desk clerk could be a bit more cheerful and friendly.

Just a roof over the head near the beach.
Internet was slow, power outlet did not work, and room carpet remained wet.

Hotel/Motel ok for people that really want a 1 star hotel.

This hotel provided a fridge, iron, and cable which were very nice and needed. Further, it was nice to have continental breakfasts that were more than just donuts.
