Ramada Limited San Francisco Airport West/San Bruno

My friend was detained at SFO and taken to emergency medical services at Kaiser Hospital; the room was adequate, quiet, large, mostly clean and included a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Staff were helpful but several times left sign returning in 10 minutes, but were gone for a much longer period of time. For our circumstance the hotel was adequate.

The Staff was wonderful and the room was clean and quiet. I had no problems at all and slept well before having to catch an early morning flight. Because of the changes of city limits on the El Camino Real it was hard to find the hotel but when I called them they got me back on track and was only a little lost. I would definitely stay again if I need to fly out of SFO

Price, cleanliness at location were great! Looked like some shady people might live
at the hotel which might explain the police all over when we arrived.

The accommodations of the room were excellent and were very much appreciated. I am new to the SF area and being so close to the SF airport was a big reason on why I chose your hotel. I was rather disappointed in the staff when they called me to inquire about my stay. When I told them that the television remote did not work, they replied that they would take care of it later. As I was a paying guest in their hotel, even though it was only for one night, I would think they would have wanted to correct the problem right away, but there was no attempt made by the staff member that called. read more

There were lots of questionable people around. I did not feel safe there. I was so uncomfortable that I only stayed one night, even though I paid for three. The elevator was out of service, and I had to carry my things up the stairs. I waited at the front counter for an extended period of time, while the attendant watched TV¿

Easy access to freeway for business in area. Hospitality came in and cleaned rooms regularly however, the room had stains on rugs and mold, mildew in bathroom. Needs deep cleaning and updating.
