When I could find the reception staffed, they were helpful and knowledgeable.
The first time I used the bathroom in the room, I saw a crumpled, dirty washcloth on the floor.

My friend was detained at SFO and taken to emergency medical services at Kaiser Hospital; the room was adequate, quiet, large, mostly clean and included a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Staff were helpful but several times left sign returning in 10 minutes, but were gone for a much longer period of time. For our circumstance the hotel was adequate.
