Filth, poor customer service, horrible beds, and no grass for pets.

The staff was unprofessional, did not answer the phones, the mailbox to leave a message was full, and there was no desire to help in any way.

The staff was awful, the manager actually told us to leave and would not give us our room! Until we threatened to call corporate she finally yelled at us and said Give them the damn room!

It was a little nicer than I expected from reading the reviews.
It looked like it had a hot tub but when we got there it was just part of the pool.

We spent 3 nights there. It wasn't the best but we've stayed in worse. They were out every morning sweeping up any trash in the parking lot which I have never seen them do at 5 star hotels. The breakfast area had 4 tables so not great but at least they had one. A/C worked great! I read previous reviews I felt most were not realistic it was a 1 star hotel not the Hilton and for a 1 star hotel it was nice. read more

This hotel is better than some 3 stars hotel. Peter was very friendly and helpful. He walked me to the Guest Landry and showed it to me instead of just point in the direction that it's located. My room was clean and well kept. The area was quiet for a good nights rest. The hotel is updated and has great amenities including internet, microwave, mini-fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and coffee maker. read more

Surprised at how nice the room was for one star.
Staff wasn't overly friendly.

We were not expecting much out of a one star and were very pleasantly surprised. Upon calling the hotel they wanted $20 more for the extra bed. However when we got there we ended up with a room with a king and a queen without any charge, which was nice. The room was very clean and large. More like a 2 star in my opinion. Loud due to the fact it was right off the freeway. Continental breakfast was good enough. Cereal, muffins, bagels and a bonus of fresh hot make your own waffles shaped like Texas. I would not stay here on a romantic trip but would not hesitate with the family again due to the fact that it is price savvy and 20 minutes at most away from schlitterbahn. read more
