Nothing.
It is in need of repair the toilet even made excessive noise when you flushed.
We had to move to a different room three times. Then first room my and my family were put next to what seemed as traveling construction workers and they had a beer party on Friday night that kept us up all night. The toilet made a very loud noise when it was flushed the bathroom door handle was broke. The next day I ask for a new room and the room I was given the heater did not work and it took the manager over three hours to chase down a maintenance worker who came to our room and verified that I was correct that the heater did not work. I had told the manager be he would not come to my room to check the heater himself and had to wait till the maintenance worker told him. Then They finally gave us another room. read more

It was very clean and inviting.
The desk clerk was rude and was looking for a date.
The room was very clean and nice, however the restroom was very confining and small. Very nice hotel.

32" LCD TV although no HD signal to it.
Cramped sink/kitchenetter area.
We stayed here for 6 nights. The beds were queen size and extremely comfortable. Maid service was good. We enjoyed the 32" LCD TV which, although it did not have HD cable, was far superior to normal hotel TVs. Our room had a nice view facing out towards a park which was part of the Santa Clara Civic Center--basically their town hall and offices. Desk clerks were friendly. Daily continental breakfast was okay but slightly lacking in variety for use during a lengthy stay. Caltrain station, San Jose Airport, Silicon Valley, stores, restaurants, and some places of interest just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here if I am in the area again and highly recommend it. read more

Location was close to everything I needed.
No elevator. Heavy luggage would be difficult to carry up the stairs.
Under renovation. Room clean but modest. It had AC, HD, Iron/Board, Toiletries, Frig and MW. The pool was a nice plus. I had my own wireless device so not sure of their connectivity. It suited my needs as a biz traveler on a budget.

The location. Very close to job site.
The roaches and the big gap underneath the door and the carpet. I had to put a towel under to keep the cold air out.
Terrible.

It is very low end. Hookers and druggies.
I did not feel safe.
The hotel is obviously older, it has a verneer of shabbyness. I dont think it is value for money. I attempted to not check in and get my money back, but the desk clerk refused. His mercedes was out front so I suspect he is the owner.
all night long I kept looking outside to see if my car was being broken into.
Not a nice hotel, the area is not too bad, but I didnt feel safe. read more
