Great decor. Noisy, unfriendly staff, restaurant never hardly opened. They have a Starbucks inside that is only opened 4 hours a day. Uncomfortable lobby. Not more than a 2 star quality.

Very clean, bed was very comfortable. I had a very hood sleep away from my sleep number bed that I love.
Nothing.
Very clean, good sleep, nice lobby with a coffee shop. Was only 5 miles away from my meeting. Would stay there again.

This hotel was recently renovated with very nice rooms and public spaces.
The ice and vending machines were missing on all the floors.
This was a pleasant hotel with excellent service and nice updated rooms with HD LDC TV's. The pool was nice sized outside pool and the staff made sure that the pool area was stocked with towels. The hotel was next to one of the the start of one of the freeways with quick access to major routes through the city, and only about 15 minutes from the airport.

Cleanliness in the rooms/lobby.
The outside of the hotel was really run down. Our first non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room.
Convenient location; run down on the outside. Pool was clean, but smelled like pollution. There was no continental breakfast. Clean, updated lobby and rooms.
