Good size room with table and chairs. Friendly staff. Very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet even thought it was near the interstate. The pool was nice, a little small, but it's not a large hotel. Our room had an iron and ironing board. The continental breakfast was good, it had a waffle iron.

It was a nice little get away for our anniversary.
The pool could have been a little deeper.

We had a very nice stay. We would have liked to been able to stay longer but that was all we needed on this trip. If we make a trip to Springfield, IL again we will more than likely try to stay there again.

The heat did not work the light kept flashing on and off the bed was dirty. Staff couldn't speak english.

It was horriable the bed was dirty, the staff brought me sheets and made me put my own sheets on the bed the heater did not work the light over the sink came on and off when it wanted to. The safety locks on the exit doors did not work. Not safe! The only good thing about this hotel was the shower and it wasn't even that great.
I will never stay there again.

The staff of the hotel was excellent.
Pool could have been kept up better.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The looks of the hotel were also very nice. Our family also enjoyed their continental breakfast.

Staff was excellent!
The items in the room were a little worn but it was clean & comfortable.

If you are looking for a clean room at budget price, this is a good place to stay. It had a decent breakfast. The area is quiet with close freeway and restaurant access. The staff was excellent. They assisted me with my airline reservations without hesitation and didn't charge anything for the extra service.

Friendly staff. Convenient to highway.
Overpriced for the age and condition of hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. There were very few guests compared to the other times. I believe that because the rates were increased travelers will be inclined to stay at another hotel.

Not enough parking.

Very nice atmosphere, every one was pleasant and helpful; clean rooms.
