It had the most amazing view and access to the ocean/beach.
The bathroom was very small with sink in room, not bathroom. Iffy shower.

I went to this hotel with mom, husband, and friend for a weekend getaway. The view and beach access alone will make me return to the hotel. Very close to food, shopping, and seal beach pier. Loved it. The patio overlooking the ocean was huge.

Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and it was right on the beach.
Bathrooms are really small and the parking garage does not fit lifted trucks.

Over all it was a good experience. The staff was helpful but not as friendly as could be. Beautiful view with the oceanside rooms.

The location of this hotel was great. The staff at the hotel was friendly. However, the hotel was very old and needs to be updated. There were a lot of mirrors on all of the hallways, which was a little creepy. Some of the bed blankets had stains on them.

They have a great continental breakfast, close the beach, great parking.
No pool.

My family has been going to this hotel for 8 years -. Its kid friendly and a romantic getaway as well.

The hotel is right on the beach.
In general, the room was dirty.

Hotel is right on the beach, but rooms are dirty and staff is not friendly. Beware of mold on breakfast sandwiches.

Communication barrier with staff, hotel is old and needs renovation.

This hotel is in decent location, hotel staff barely communicates in English! This was bad that they can't speak English; it was difficult to communicate anything! I'm not been mean but I was in Sunset Beach, California. The hotel needs upgraded/renovation, it looks old and smells old. It reminds me of a motel in Barstow, CA, you know in a far away deserted place.

Our room faced the ocean, the view was spectacular and the hotel is just a few yards to the beach.
The bathroom is so small, it's like being in an RV. Could use updating.

The hotel is older, but it is clean and the beds are very comfy. The location is wonderful, right on PCH and the beach and just minutes to fun shopping and great dining in Huntington Beach to the south and Seal Beach to the north. The bathroom is the only drawback - so tiny and cramped, it feels like you're in an RV, not a hotel room. Overall, we will definitely stay there again. read more
