Comfy bed and a good continental breakfast.
No highchairs available in breakfast area.

Nice hotel - we had a good experience. We were disappointed that there weren't any highchairs in the breakfast area. Other than that we were satisfied.

Great staff and great location for my trip.
Bathroom in our room was a little small but very workable.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very polite. Rooms were very comfortable with good linens and pillows. Climate control worked great. Only gripe was bathroom door could graze the toilet but this did not cause problems for me nor did affect function. Probably from toilet being replaced at some point with slightly different model.

The non-smoking wing and room smelled like it had been a smoking room

It was a very nice hotel. It was clean and in good shape. My only complaint is the non-smoking room and the whole hallway it was in, smelled slightly of cigarette smoke. Not strong, but noticeable.

Room reeked of Cigarettes.

The room was fine, except we were given a full size bed instead of the queen size we ordered, and the room reeked of cigarettes.

I asked was not what
I got. Just really poor customer service, rooms were not as clean as they could have been. Just not a good experience, will not be back.

Its location, relative to the highway and other attractions.
The room had some updates, such as the carpet, bed and bathroom. But the all the other furniture was dated worn and damaged. As was the lighting.

The hotel is in a great location in relation to the highway, shopping, university etc. It has been through some minor updates. The fitness room was small with equipment too close to one another. The room was adequate in size,had some updates, such as the carpet, bed and bathroom.
Breakfast was decent and the attmosphere pleasant. Staff friendly, but not the kind to go out of their way. read more

Very cold pool water when advertised as heated pool.

Ok, but I think I get a better value at holiday inn express----no milk for cereal provided, cold pool water.
