Rooms were comfortable, and a good value for the money.
Neighborhood was a bit rough.

Staff were very helpful, but the continental breakfast could be better, older property but for an overnight stay it was fine. Shower and bed were clean and comfortable.

Hole in ceiling in bathroom caused by a leaky pipe from room above.

The location is OK - stores around, gas stations, fast food.
Room smelled funny, mattress is lumpy.

The room was nicely furnished and maid service was good.
The ability to adjust the room temperature was very inadequate.

The Ramada inn in Yakima way was okay to stay in for the two nights. The odor in the room was a bit off and the ability to regulate the temperature was not good. I think some major improvements could be made to the actual room comfort.

I got charged twice on credit card.

Heat took a while to kick on. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
