The fresh flowers and the candy dish was a nice touch.
Had a hard time getting the card to unlock the door.

Other than the problem with the door, it was a very nice experience. The hotel clerk was most helpful and very nice.

Close to whitewater rafting.
No king bed.

Request a king bed and had written confirmation for a king bed non smoking. Instead had to settle for 2 double beds.

Bacteria around edge of tub; breakfast menu could be improved.

The tub had what appeared to be bacteria in the caulking; this could be cleaned better or re-caulked. It was a non-smoking room with cigarette burns in the carpet. The bed was great and the other furnishings were adequate. The breakfast menu could be improved: fruit was not fresh.

Older hotel but nicely renovated. Bed very comfortable.
Frumpy weekend female employee too busy watching movies on her TV to be the least bit helpful.

Older nicely renovated hotel, comfortable beds, and very clean room. No road noise from expressway- very quiet. Mall and lots of restaurants are close. Male check end clerk very nice and helpful. The weekend female at the front desk was grumpy, unpleasant and "put-out" when we asked her a question. I believe we disturbed her TV watching at the front desk. If you think you will eat a morsel of continental breakfast after 10am no way. At 9:45am she begins announcing breakfast over sharply at 10 am and trust me she runs everyone out and locks the room. Get new help and you will have a nice moderately priced hotel. We travel to Cleveland frequently for horse shows and based on my experience with the help, I'll try a different hotel next time. I'm not going to be fussed at and pay for it! read more
