The Ramada Limited Maggie Valley is nestled in the Beautiful North Carolina Mountains. Enjoy the rushing waters of Jonathan Creek or pristine views of the Smokey Mtns from your private balcony. Enjoy our heated indoor pool w/hot tub to relax in after a long day. A Complimentary Deluxe Continental Breakfast is served daily in our breakfast area. Free wireless high-speed internet access is available for your use at any time. We are located directly on Highway 19 for your convenience. There are many unique shops with crafts & special gifts in the area. The Blue Ridge Parkway is only 4 miles and the Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrahs Casino is only 12 miles away. There are lots of fine dining or casual eateries in the area. White water rafting and water tubing is 5 miles away. We are only 4 miles from Cataloochee Ski resort and snow tubing. Horseback riding is also nearby. The Ghost Town in the Sky Amusement Park is only 1/2 mile away and opens May 2007. We hope that you come and stay with us soon! read more

Convient, economical, friendly staff-desk.
Maid service could not speak English, wanted to clean before we left, did not come back.

as stated earlier,maid wanted to clean the room at about 10am.
I tried to explain to come back in few minutes. they didn't clean room that day.

Dark and house keeping knocked on or door 3 times before 9:00am even though
I told them we were sleeping. On our wedding anniversary!

The rooms were clean and friendly staff but getting to the 2nd floor rooms are inconvenient, hallways smell like a mountain man's armpit. Over all hotel would be good for buisness travels but not romantic stays.

The staff was extremely accommodating. View was amazing. Motorcycle friendly!
There was nothing I didn't like.

Upon arrival, we were 3 hours early but the staff allowed us to go ahead and check in. Also, our room reserved wasn't with river view, but allowed us to change to room with a view. Continental breakfast was fresh, dining room was clean. Very motorcycle friendly hotel.

There is nothing I can think of that we did not like about this motel.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future.

The pool area was very cozy.
The shallow end of the pool was 3', my 3 year old had a hard time playing.

Staff off handed. Room cleaning service not daily had to make own bed.

Hotel okay, staff and management require customer relations training urgently. I was extremely disappointed.

Location, pool, balcony overlooking the river.
Beds were
uncomfortable, breakfast was
not served long enough.

The pool is little, but nice for children. The breakfast is only served until 9:00 but the book in the room stated it was served until 10:00. Needless to say, we missed breakfast. The location is great for Snow tubing and skiing.
