The location was good. The appearance of the hotel was nice. Friendly staff.
Furniture was burned
and messed up. Moldy smell in bathroom. Laundry facility out of order.
I was on crutches. This place was not handicap friendly. I had to keep going down to the front desk because they would not listen to my 14 yr old son about our issues. The furniture was very worn out with cigarette burns on them. A moldy smell in the bathroom. Even though the staff was friendly, the front desk was a some what rude. We were even locked out of one of our 2 rooms and had to wait 30 min for the maintenance to let us in. Key cards were not working. The maid staff was very courteous and thorough. The did a wonderful job at cleaning up the rooms and restocking. They have a buffet restaurant $11.99 per person. One child per one adult purchase is free. They even have karaoke. read more

Everything was great.
I only marked it not romantic because of the number of kids.
For the money, this hotel was out of sight!

Nothing!
Worst experience ever at a hotel.
Hotel staff was rude, never had a key. We were admitted to our room by a maintenance man. Unexpected charges that I will dispute with my credit card co.

The pool, and karaoke every night. It was clean too.
I did not like the resort fee. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.
The pool was very nice. They had karaoke every night, which was entertaining. The restaurant was a good value. I was upset to learn upon arriving that there was a $10 a day resort fee. And the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and in the early morning hours on two separate occasions. That was very frustrating. And there was no offer to refund any of our resort fees. I feel there should have been. read more

Basically clean, indoor pool, and Pizza Hut on site!
Brazen belief that their resort fee is in anyway fair.
Don't pay in advance. Watch for the bait & switch resort fee at check-in. $10 each day. Pool, hot-tub, room all fine, but not exceptional food. Staff was polite and responsive.

The room was huge and the indoor pool is very neat.
Only 1 elavator in the hotel and fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night.
Room was a lot bigger than expected. The 2 pools were nice. Close to Walt Disney World and other major attractions. Nice for the price.

When we first got there we had a problem getting in our room and they moved us quickly to a little better room. the first one was really bad!
Hidden fees, and then the staff turned rude when questioned about it.
It might be good for some - but after factoring in the parks parking fees, $14.00 per park and their hidden fees $10.00 a day for a resort fee trust me this was NO resort, it would have been cheaper and much better to stay at one of Disney's Value hotels. Which is what I will do with all the other discount I could have used. Review - will not stay in this Ramada or any others based on the distrust I have form them. Hidden fees read more

Nice pool.
Rooms were a little older and in need of update, the restaurant food was not very good but hotel location is great with surrounding restaurants.
