Duty manager - did not take complaint of mosquito bites seriously - very offhand reaction.
My bed was comfortable but I did not get much sleep due to mosquito's buzzing around my head and biting me during the night. The breakfast my grandson had was not good - he brought it all up before we left the hotel and it did not help his visit to Disney World as he had an upset stomach. I have emailed the hotel regarding these points - have not received a reply as yet.

This is a motel.
This is a motel. Every thing's old. No bathtub, no hot water, bad chair, bad electricity outlet, leaking sink, the lamps with no bulb.

Housekeeping service was very courteous.
No microwave, no refrigerator in the room.
OK, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends or business partners.

The pool was okay
The resort fee, the front desk staff was unfriendly, and the shower stall instead of tub
Even though I got a good price for this hotel, it wasn't worth it once the resort fee was added. Plus, we didn't even get anything for the resort fee...not even a free newspaper in the morning. The front desk staff was not friendly at all. The only conversation made by the front desk staff was to make sure I was aware of the resort fee. The room was okay, but basic. There is not even a bathtub, only a shower stall. Luckily we were only staying for 1 night before beginning our Disney vacation. read more

This hotel looks like its going out of business. I wouldn't recomend this hotel to ANYONE.. The food was unedible the staff was unhappy or Mad..We were hoping to have a nice weekend away from home ..Now we just wished we would have drove over for dinner and then gone home

very noisy it felt like the children in the room next door were right in the room with us
This hotel really needs brighter lighting, paint outside cleaning the rugs..The room itself was clean but the outside and the grounds need repair. Fencing all around the pool needs repair.

This is a very good, clean and accessible hotel in the heart of Disney World. It offers free shuttles to all of the Disney attractions and is located strategically near Interstate I-4. The rooms are spacious and clean; the service peerless.
