Limited parking area.

Hotel was very neat and clean and definitely worth the small amount I paid for the hotel. Located close to lots of restaurants and just outside the city of Jackson, MS

No ice machine on every floor.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friend. The room was great for what we needed it for. The hall way was slightly warm, but other than that it was good.

Staff was very nice at the Best Western. The room was clean and comfortable.

Free breakfast could have went until 10 on weekend.

Staff was very hospitable and friendly. Clean room and very comfortable beds.

There was a used towel behind the bathroon door.

Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. I would stay there again, if I am in the Jackson area.

Non-smoking and smoking rooms located on same floor.

I have severe problems with smoke. My floor was a mixed smoking, non-smoking floor and the hall was filled with cigarette smoke. I was told by the hotel staff that there were no other rooms available. Although the hotel staff tried to be helpful, I was disappointed with the quality of accommodations at this hotel.
