The pool was excellent. That was what was the best part about it.
The room was so hot and sweaty. Everytime we would go back into our room the floor would be wet as well as the outside of the refridgerator?

The bathrooms were way too small. We were not traveling with kids, but I can only imagine if people were because there was no room to turn around! The restaurant food was nasty. It tasted very bland for the price that you have to pay. The pool and the hot tub was the best thing about the hotel. Other than that, I would have rather stayed somewhere nicer and paid more because the pay was just too much for what we experienced. They also did not provide us with a phone book in our room either. It could have been well more accomodated! read more

Very convenient to the beach.
Less expensive rooms are not as comfortable.

I enjoyed staying, the room had the basic need provisions. Conveniently located on the beach.

The pool and location are excellant.
The rooms are very small.

The lock on my door broke three times during my stay. I had to wait 15-20 minutes each time it broke for the repair crew to arrive and another 15-20 minutes for the repair. On the third occasion I requested another room. The manager did upgrade me to a pool side room; however, the tv in the new room was broken. Both rooms were clean but very small.

The hotel was right on the beach.
It was a very long walk from our room to the lobby. Sometimes our parking lot was full and we had to park in the garage, also a long walk.

The first room they put us in reeked of stale cigarette smoke, even though we were guaranteed a smoke-free room. They put us in a new room without a problem, although, no one helped us move our luggage to the new room. The rooms are pretty average, but we had a balcony with a view of the beach and we could literally walk out of our room and be on the beach in 60 seconds. The hotel restaurant is a disaster. Horrible service and crappy food. read more

Accommodating desk and bar staff.
Housekeeping staff seemed disorganized.

Pleasant, located near beach and away from noise; attractive grounds, extremely good value for money.

The pools.
The breakfast bar.

I enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was close to everything, and a short walk to the beach. It was more than I thought it would be.

Accessibility to beach and local restaurants.
Door lock to room was inoperable and needed to have maintenance repair.

Overall facility was fine; however the wing our room was located in had problems with the door lock that required repair, thus an annoyance upon arrival of actually accessing the room.
