The cleanliness of the bathroom, the walls in the shower was very dusty, you can actually tell the tiles were put in and the fact they workers painting.

The room was very clean, the pool area was very pretty.
The Tiki Bar was never open when I wanted to go.

This hotel was very nice, very affordable, very clean and the wait staff was very friendly.

Nothing was worth the money in that hotel nothing was working in the room.

The hotel/resort that it is not and they charge 10.00 dollars for something not even worth it hotel is a dump.

Location.

We stayed at the same facility about 7 years ago and it has not changed a bit. Our first experience was to be put in a smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. (I smoke in my home & it is obvious the rooms are not properly cleaned). This time it only smelled like an ashtray. When I called down to question the yellow water in the toilet, I asked about the bathroom sink water & was advised not the drink the tap water in the bathroom & could purchase bottled water downstairs. read more

Excellent pool area.
The bar and pool area closes too early. Rooms Outdated.

I have mixed feelings. The room needs a lot of work. Both elevators in my wing were out of service. On the other hand, the common areas were very good.

Convenient to everything.
Front desk manager was arrogant, they should have notified us to let us know they were renovating, no courtyard access at night.

The front desk staff needs to learn about what good customer service is-- especially if I am being charged $20 for a resort fee, and can't even stay in the courtyard to talk or read- even in the areas away from the pool.
