Water slide was awesome!
Old hotel trying to be remodeled.

Overall it was a nice hotel. If you are a clean freak or need to have an upscale hotel this is not the one. There are a lot of kids and a lot of people moving around the hotel. Meaning lots of traffic, garbage in public areas and lots of noise. It was fun to use the pool in the adult time. I would recommend it, but not to someone looking to get away from kids or noise!

The common area/pool was nice.
The limitation of pool - use you have to have wristbands and if you need more you have to purchase them for $15

Staff was extremely kind and helpful.
The feature waterpark in hotel was closed due to understaffed hotel.

The staff and rooms were great however the waterpark that was the main attraction of the hotel was closed due to understaffing of the hotel, in my opinion the hotel misrepresented itself by not making a greater effort to open its main attraction facility.

Cigarette smoke/stench in passageways - second floor.

Overall, a very comfortable place to stay. Nice pool area, clean room, breakfast available, close to restaurants, starbucks & mall stores. Easy parking, 5 minute easy drive to/from airport.

Comfort and cleanliness of rooms. Hot tub area.
Waterpark type pool. Not conducive to adults who wish to relax. Pool towels gone by 7PM.

Overall, a great place to stay! The Ramada was close to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. Will continue to spend mini vacations at the Ramada!
