Room very clean, new like appearance & bed was comfortable.
Cigarette smoke/stench in passageways - second floor.

Overall, a very comfortable place to stay. Nice pool area, clean room, breakfast available, close to restaurants, starbucks & mall stores. Easy parking, 5 minute easy drive to/from airport.

The hotel gym had a punching bag which is rare. Totally loved it and made my experience there that much better!
The hotel carpets are a bit old and out date. The one in my room was not the cleanest and there was a faint smell from the air conditioner.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and courteous. Only stayed one night, but had the best TV experience i.e. it was a clear picture and the channels were easy to navigate. Not always the case in fancier hotels. The bed was comfortable.

When checking in desk person stayed on the phone while checking me in. Had to come back to front desk 2 times to have key card activated.

The room was not cleaned well; change on the floor; bathroom had mildew growing; noisy kids were running the hallways.

This hotel seems to be more for family use (e.g.: water park). As a result, it is noisier than many hotels. The upkeep of the rooms is sub standard for a hotel of this rating.

The staff was extremely professional and friendly.
My room was adjacent to the pool and therefore extremely hot and humid.

The hotel did have room service despite not having an onsite restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel is busy and rooms are in demand and I ended up adjacent to the pool so due to the extreme heat and humidity I needed to keep the air conditioner on for my entire 2 night stay. It was quite warm despite a frigid temps and a snow storm which loomed during my stay. Sondra, at the front desk, was spectacular and excels in customer service. She made my stay quite enjoyable and happily tended to my requests. read more

Location was convenient to everything around it.
Room was very small and congested.

Run was standard hotel room, with two beds. When one person was at the desk, the room was cut in two, and it was impossible to traverse the room. Quality was fine; nothing was outstanding- just ok.
