Ramada Plaza Hotel LAX El Segundo

Hotel was clean, but bed was very hard. Also, the room was located along a major road; thus, it was noisy in the early morning hours.

In service I can rate as Good specially the staff but the amenities of the hotel is not good. like sheet is old t.v. sometimes no video and our coffee maker their is no pitcher one our first day.

Appeared pleasant, close to LAX, pleasant room.

The hotel was good for what we needed, a bed to sleep, it was old and let go. It needs to be refurbished and I am amazed that Ramada has their name on this establoshment. We would only recommend if you need a quick sleep.

Dirty lobby. Filthy elevator. Staff at the desk was very distracted and really not attentive. The final room was adequate. There should be no charge for our room after what we experienced.

We enjoyed our stay as we were visiting relatives. Our major dislike was the bathtub in the sitting room of the hotel room. There was no privacy when someone wanted to shower.

As soon as I opened the door to the room, I was overwhelmed by an unpleasant smell. Housekeeping never came to replace towels or clean the room. Also, I could not connect to the hotel's wireless server. Overall, I was dissapointed by the hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful; however the facilities themselves were run down looking and unclean. There was also gang activity occurring inside the hotel as well as on the street outside the window of our room. The police were there and made arrests. This hotel is not in a very nice area.
