Very very dirty room. furniture falling apart and very stained and dirty

Definately a good location and would strongly recommend a non-smoking area. The furniture was very old and very very dirty. We had to cover the chairs with towels before sitting down and did not use the ottoman. Felt very uncomfortable sleeping in the hotel.

Had to change rooms 3 times because the toilets didn't work in 2 of the rooms. The hallways have been remodeled, and are in better condition than the rooms

Good location. Plenty of parking. Clean facility.
Cold. Thermostat malfunctioned constantly. Staff was aware of recurring problem but did not fix.

A cold motel room in Casper Wyoming in November is not acceptable. All the other nice things about the motel are irrelevant because of this major flaw. They are aware that their thermostats will not hold a reasonable temperature but ignore the discomfort of their guests. Unacceptable.

It was very warm and relaxing.
The bathroom was a little small and I'm pretty sure the shower drain was leaking.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was fast and very helpful. The restaurant and bar were great after a day of working. One thing that I noticed was the prices in the vending machines was great.

The hotel looked very clean.
It has a really bad smell.

It is a very nice hotel, and the desk person that checked me had great customer service. The hotel has a bad smell in the lobby and hallways. Smells like rotten eggs. The heater in the room run all night and the room never got warm.

The hotel was great but the check in person was horrible. Check out was much nicer. Clean room.
