Close proximity to hotel where conference was taking place.
Dirtiness of room, staff not at front desk to assist with check in.
Very disappointed with the hotel. The carpets need to be cleaned, very uncomfortable to remove my shoes and walk in the room. Staff not available to check you in, required the front desk to be called and initiate a ring to bring a staff to the desk to check us in. Would not recommend this hotel for conference goers.

The room was nice with a comfortable bed and good quality sheets. The bathroom was renovated and the shower had a good quality shower head on it.
The shower had not been cleaned properly. There was a piece of soap left from the previous person made me question if it was cleaned.

The hotel staff was great. We were there on a slow day and they upgraded our room without a thought.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had six people in a double room with a pull out couch and the staff offered us a suite at no extra charge as tourism was off at the time we visited. The amenities were clean and attractive.

The updated room was very nice and the restaurant was good.
The bathroom was crazy small and very dirty!
I am glad our stay was only for one night.

Located too far to walk to subway. Carlton steet car comes rarely. Allocate extra time when travelling via public transit.
Rooms are nice and clean and fairly new, but hallways are old and smelly. The staff is friendly. Parking is extra $22 per day.

The location and rooms are perfect.
The cost of the parking.
This is a great location. The rooms are very clean and great for a short trip or for a longer one if you get a two room suite. We stay here every time we go to Toronto.

It was close to subway stop.
It was a little old and needed some repairs.
Overall, it was a good experience. The parking was well protected and it was close to a subway stop so it was easy to get to major attractions.
