and friendly.

Friendly upon arrival. Helpful. Lobby, restaurant clean and nice looking. Room clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant and wanting to give assistance.

Very convenient to airport, extrememly nice rooms and
great for one stay before flying out, etc
You do not want this hotel if you are going to see Shanghai. It is too far away for that type of stay.

Loved it and it met our needs for the one night we needed before flying out early the next morning. I only wish it were closer to town as it would be a fabulous hotel for a longer stay. Large room, nice furnishings.

Very close location to the Shanghai Pudong airport, free routine scheduled shuttle service from airport to hotel vice versa.

This hotel meets my expectation for a Ramada group hotel, good location only less than 10 minutes drive from airport, only good for transit travelers. Good recommendation for Ramada group selection of Hotels.

I liked the live entertainment: in the bar area.
Thought the restaurant was dingy and old fashioned.

This is a 2.5 - 3 star hotel. Although the lobby area was well illuminated, I thought that both the public areas and guest rooms were rather old fashioned in appearance.

Hotel good + staff good, restaurant very poor.

Hotel very well located near pudong airport. Friendly check-in staff room very good restaurant very poor indeed. Serving staff totally disinterested in dining guests. Short order chef very friendly but raw material (meat) extremely inferior. I certainly would not eat at this restaurant again.
