Close to the freeway, easy on and off, very helpful staff, nice, comfortable remodeled rooms.
We had difficulty sleeping because of the strong cigarette smoke smell in our non-smoking room.

Fair price, clean, and a helpful staff.
Close to railway (can be noisy during the night if you are sensitive), the neighboring rooms can also be noisy when people come late from the casino.

Everything in one area: room, bar, casino, restaurant.
Felt old and unkept, bed was uncomfortable, and the restaurant doesn't open until 5 pm.
This hotel was okay, but that's about it. It's not near downtown, but you have a small casino with a couple bars and diner-style food. The room was okay, but the best was extremely uncomfortable.

It was easy to find, clean and room was nice except of the bathroom.
The room we received shouldn't have been rented out because the bathtub was seriously defective and impossible to stand in.
It was a nice hotel, in a convenient easy to find location. The staff was semi friendly.

The only redeeming thing about this hotel was the server in the restaurant.
There was a man at the front desk, who the staff apparently knew, using the computer. He was on the computer for at least an hour and cursing.
The hotel is old, dirty, tacky and in need of lots of repair and remodeling. The pool, closed for the season, was 1/2 full and dirty, so it wasn't even an appealing place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The casino is full of some pretty seedy looking characters. The staff was mostly friendly, in the casino, the front desk and the restaurant, but that was not enough to ever bring me back. read more

Convenient - close to Denny's, close to the strip but not too close.
The bed was awful - could feel every spring. The smoke from the Casino came into the hotel lobby.

Very clean.
Old, musty, wallpaper peeling off walls, bad plumbing.
We traveled to Reno for Street Vibrations, we were looking for a hotel near Virginia Street. We were located about 8 blocks away from the center of Street Vibrations, a long walk, but do able. Hotel is older, very clean but showing it's age. Bathtub leaks, toilet flush lever broken, wall paper peeling off walls in room. Something in room or AC caused stuffy nose in both of us, cleared up every time we left the room. Halls of hotel uncomfortably hot. read more
