It was easy to find, clean and room was nice except of the bathroom.
The room we received shouldn't have been rented out because the bathtub was seriously defective and impossible to stand in.

It was a nice hotel, in a convenient easy to find location. The staff was semi friendly.

Nice staff.
Bad location.

There were holes burned into the sheets and bed.

Close to the local stores and activities.
Nothing.

Loved the close location to a Whole Foods and the casinos. Will stay at this hotel for the cleanliness and proximity to everything in Reno.

It was cheap.
Located in a bad neighborhood.

This hotel room was very old small and dingy. The low quality uncomfortable double bed barely fit in the room. The attached casino had a few street people at the bar. However the room was clean.

Easy to travel to local activities

Would stay here again for the great price...plus you can easily get to the local things-to-do in a short drive.

The room was ok, that's the most I can say for it.
We didn't like anything except the room. Staff was ok.

The hotel is not a pleasant stay. The pool area is not inviting and hard to reach. The casino is skanky. We had four free drink coupons and didn't use them because we didn't feel like spending time in the casino. Even at the price I didn't feel we were getting a particularly good value.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly.
Located in sketchy area. Older hotel.

Its just a average, run of the mill, need a place to lay your head kind of place - which is what we wanted. For the money, it was adequate. The lobby was clean. There was smokiness but I noticed it was only at night when the casino filled up. Our room was clean - old, but clean.
