Ramada Reno Hotel & Casino

Very nice rooms, housekeeping staff greeted us with a good morning and a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We are non smokers and had a smoking room. Staff ran air cleaner and room was great.

Very nice looking facility inside and out. Rooms are very nice, staff helpful. The only drawback is the homeless population is always in the parking lot. I was hit up for money every time I came out of or entered the building.

Very bad customer service, no cleanliness, did not provide breakfast though promised at the time of booking. We had children with us and there was no refrigerator in the room for milk storage which gave big trouble to both the families.

Hotel was under renovation so; there was a lot of stuff around. Front clerk was very rude. Even after reserving 4 rooms, she wouldn't put any of our rooms together. She made a comment "I hope your all not in one room" when she saw the kids playing in the lobby. Not looking to see that we reserved 4 rooms because it was a wedding. They gave us a room and somebody's clothes were their already and they kept having a bad attitude. I will never stay there again, even if it is free.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There were thugs in the parking lot when I pulled up and were following me and you have to park very far away from the entrance and cameras. I was literally afraid for my life. In the hotel I slept in my clothes because everything was so outdated I could not tell if it was clean. This hotel needs to be removed from your site.

I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

For people who are expecting to stay for a night, the place is OK. For longer stays, I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly. We were unhappy with the fact that our toilet malfunctioned at 1 in the morning and we had to relocate to another room. The walls are also pretty thin as an alarm clock in the next room went off at 6 am and ran for about 5 minutes or so before it finally shut off, waking us up. We didn't have a very restful sleep.
