The lobby.
Almost everything.

The front office is brand new. It is stone and timber with a waterfall in front and looks very nice. However, the rooms were built in the 60's or 70's it appears and are not updated. There were stains on the carpet and the furnishings were cheap and well used. I would not stay in this hotel.

The location was great - right outside of Branson.
It was an older looking room, some parts were a bit shabby and could have used some updating.

This hotel was clean with a wonderful large breakfast for free. Parking was simple and it was right outside of Branson, far enough away from all the hub-bub but close enough to get to it easily. It was an older hotel, a bit shabby in places, but clean and comfortable.

Fabulous breakfast buffet.
Outside room doors.

Excellent housekeeping staff - they did a great job every day! Older property that has been refurbished very well; can purchase slightly discounted tickets for most area events in the lobby (save a little money, but a lot of time).

Had to return to desk 3 times before I received a key that allowed access to an unoccupied room.

It was close to everything. Right on the strip.
Everything was good.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in less than 3 weeks. Would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly - rooms clean - breakfast adequate - but not fabulous - although the breakfast area was quite large.

Good location, clean appearance, and first time used.
Bathroom had mold and mildew on ceiling and beds were not made very good, just throwed on, clean appearance in room.

I didn't expect mold and mildew in room, being a Ramada, room was otherwise clean, beds were made sloppy and throwed together. Being a former maid at Holiday Inn 40 years ago, makes me a bad person to ask for a review. Would probably try it again just to see if all the rooms need to be unmolded.
