Overbooked rooms, not enough staff on duty, the lady that checked us in had to go and help clean rooms.
We had about 7 pillows at the end of our bed when we arrived with no pillow cases.

The lady that checked us in was stressed because she was short staffed. We stood as she called both of her manners-neither answerers the phone call. She remained professional through it all. There was an softball event going on that weekend,so the hotel was pretty busy. We arrived at 4pm and our room was not ready as well as the other guests. She did upgrade our room to a suite:however the toilet handle was broken and the toilet overflowed,and there were about 7 pillows that didn't have pillow cases on them at the end of our bed. Someone did come to clean up the water and we were given another room. read more

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind.
The hotel is old and damp.

The hotel worked just fine and was acceptable at it's price point. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The complementary breakfast was sub-par. The hotel is older and has a damp feel to it - however it was fine and was more than acceptable. The Wi-Fi signal was strong in the rooms, lobby, and breakfast area so it made for a very workable location for our crew.

The room needed vacum, dirty wash rags laying around, not enough towels or bath rug.

Needed some TLC, spa was broke looked unsafe. Rooms unclean.

The bed was nice if you picked the hair of the bed first.
The pool hours were not the same as the book in room so we were unable to swim the night we arrived.

The cable flicted all night so we turned off TV. The hot tub did not work, pool hours were not correct. The orange juice was hot (machine was broke). Will not stay there again.

The tub had black hair in it, the bathroom floor had hair in it, and there was only 2 washcloths and 2 towels upon check in, it had double queen beds.

Beds too small and too hard.

Overall, pleased with stay. Great price and clean hotel. Beds were small and hard, but hotel staff was wonderful and it was quiet!
