The Ramada Spotsylvania in Fredericksburg, Virginia, welcomes you whether traveling for business or pleasure. We are conveniently located off Interstate Highway 95 - Exit 130-B midway between Washington, D.C. and Richmond, Virginia. The center of city and the historic area are just three miles from the hotel. Our town is the boyhood home of George Washington and was the center of battles during the Civil and Revolutionary Wars. University of Mary Washington and the Mary Washington Hospital are 2 miles away and Kings Dominion Amusement Park is 30 miles south. Walk to Spotsylvania Mall with over 120 stores, 15 movie screens within 2 blocks, also many restaurants in the area. Major businesses are Virginia Power, Quantico F.B.I. Academy, Quantico Marine Base, and Navy at Dahlgren, Virginia. We offer a free continental breakfast, outdoor swimming pool, cable color television, and free onsite parking. liked nothing.
Everything was horrible.

The grounds and the hotel upkeep was dingy at best. The room were small and unkept. I wouldn't even stay the night. We checked out as soon as we could. Pool was closed until further notice. A problem when traveling with kids.

Bed was comfortable.
Dirty carpets, Wi-Fi was not guaranteed, not typical Ramada experience.

I was disappointed with this hotel. For a Ramada, it was not what I was expecting. The room floors (carpet) were so dirty & stained. The shower tile was broken around the tub knobs, there was an actual hole in the wall at this spot. The wireless internet was not a guarantee. The representative that checked us in told me that only about half the rooms get it because of the building being older. For the price I paid for a weeknight, I was highly let down. I felt like I was staying at a motel that you'd pay for by the hour. read more

Brown water, defective toilet, no functions on air conditioner.

I do not recommend this hotel! Rooms are very poorly maintained and parking is inconvenient to room access.
