From January 2010 the price will change to 16.00 Euro per Person. The restaurant offers international cuisine. Bar/bistro - cocktails prepared from a German barkeeper champion. Recreation area located on the top floor with whirlpool, solarium, sauna, steambath, and fitness center. The hotel is located close to the Congress Palais and the health and spa district. It was very clean. Gummi bears on the pillow, nice touch.
Customer service skills lacking.

When I arrived at 10 pm after a long drive the parking was across the street and there was no bellman/cart to get luggage up the stairs to the hotel front desk. There was no ironing board or gym as. The WiFi was expensive (8 euro/hour). The plugs for electronic equipment were under the desk; I had to crawl on the floor to plug the laptop in. there was no service at breakfast, which was expensive and unremarkable for German standards. I asked for coffee and a carafe was simply placed on the table. Although I ate early (7 am) the table was dirty and not cleaned off. Uncovered parking was 5 euro/day with validation. For my next visit, I will stay somewhere else. read more

Nice big room and very comfortable accommodations.
At check-in, they did not tell us that breakfast was a separate charge!

Very nice hotel in a safe and handy location. Offered free local transportation card. Overall, very good value for the money, except being charged for an expensive breakfast when no ticket was signed or told we would have to pay for the breakfast at check out.
