The rooms were comfortable and quit.
The exercise room needs some work.
Our stay was outstanding. The rooms were more than adequate and clean. All staff members we met were helpful and friendly.

The location isn't bad for business and it was very clean. The staff was not friendly and very irresponsible. They denied a package which set me back in my business obligations. They were 45 minutes late for a shuttle pick up. The breakfast buffet was old and lacked in quantity and quality. They never provided a newspaper like most Courtyards do. Very poor staff.

Hotel staff was helpful when room would not cool and remained 100 degrees.
Air conditioner in room didn't work at all. Temp that day was over 110 degrees.
Closest to Tulsa airport. Don't expect new hotel.

Convenience.
Nothing.
This was a great hotel to stay at. It had a nice restaurant on site with reasonable prices and a great indoor pool/recreation area. Plus it was close to the Tulsa airport.

Very quiet, roomy, big, outdoor play area for kids, indoor pool.
Poor housekeeping, pool closed, dead bugs in lobby, dirty workout equip, dirty arcade games, messy offices, rude staff at times.
We slept well enough. It was quiet. My daughter liked the play area outside. Not sure whether to give the hotel a 1 star or 2. Maybe a 1.5 would be appropriate. The hotel was not clean enough. Dead bugs in lobby that my daughter was picking up. Out bathroom floor was not all the way clean. Dirt around doorways. They do not provide towels in the pool area (owners' policy). You have to go to front desk. The staff can be unprofessional and even a bit rude. Some of the staff seems like they should be working at a local dingy bar and not a Holiday Inn. Food quality varies. Problem with this Holiday Inn is that it is privately owned and the owner is obviously not doing a very good job managing the hotel. The offices are even messy. Pool was closed for 4 days. Water was chilly when it did open. Floor around pool was slippery. The price they quoted me is not what they charged me. They charged me twice for a night and said I would have to call back Monday and resolve with the manager even though they could see the problem on the computer screen. Poorly trained staff. Info in hotel folder was not accurate regarding room service times, although they did go out of their way to get me room service when kitchen was closed during middle of day. I will not stay there again unless I have too. read more

AC worked awesome. Room was dark and quiet at night. Perfect night's sleep.
Room was dirty when first got there...
Other than the reception lady made us wait at the front desk while she went to the restroom, because "if she didn't go we would have one stinky mess! Found a used contact lens in one of the drinks glasses in the room which the front lady didn't seem too worried about. My stay was ok.

Convenient location, clean room; clean pool area.
Dingy tub, no free breakfast, lackluster employees.
This hotel has the feel of a dying town. While the room was clean and neat, much of the hotel is in disrepair - like nobody cares. There was no free continental breakfast (who doesn't have that these days?). The menu for the hotel in the room appeared to be a copy of a copy to the 10th, with a big cigarette burn in the middle. No phone book, no hotel guide. Just kind of an unpleasant feel to the whole thing. I would not stay there again. read more

It was located immediately on the freeway we needed for the airport.
My first experience in our assigned room was awful.
We assumed that staying at a Holiday Inn for one night would be pleasurable. It was not. The staff (a mother/son combo which seemed to be quite simple minded) initially tried to charge us twice for the room. We were starting our honeymoon and were flying out the next morning and the first room assigned to us had not been cleaned from the previous customers. When we saw our filthy room I called immediately for a change. We were given another room overlooking a concrete pool deck. Not the view we had initially paid for. Exausted we digressed and tried to get some rest. The air conditioner only seemed to spit out moderately cool, humid air and when we couldn't figure out where the privacy curtains were, we were treated quite curtly. They ended up being behind the sheers and panels, where I've never seen them before. The sheets were scratchy and they didn't smell freshly washed. I would not recommend a stay here, even if you're a family on a budget. There are better places for the same price. I just believe that management at this hotel is lacking. read more

Close to airport.
Rude front desk. Leaking wall in bathroom.
Very poor hotel. My mother states it should be rated 0 stars. Stairs to both 1st and 2nd floor. No elevators. Rude staff. I had prepaid the room but they listed a charge on my bill. When I asked about this, I think they charged me again. I had asked for two beds and told no problem but was given a king. The wall leaked in the bathroom and it was a significant leak. Vending machines expensive for poor food. There is a gas station across the freeway that sells food late at a night. read more

The bathroom was large enough to accommodate my husband's wheelchair.
The rest of the room was too small for the wheelchair but it was fine.
The front lobby was very nice. We didn't see the rest of the hotel. The room was nice, just small even though it was a handicapped room.
