The ice.
The internet was down and we needed it very badly. the staff didn't know when it would be back up and blamed it on telus.

This hotel is not in a good location, When we drove into the parking lot it was filled with kids because there is a liquor store attached to the hotel.....the parking underground had a gate when you enter it from the main road...but, when you left the lot there was not gate so anyone could go down in there, so don't leave anything in your cars.

Very clean and environmental friendly messages in the unit I was staying in.
Over all the hotel was very good to stay in, but I wish there was a bike rack to lock bikes.

I am very satisfied the service I got for the price I have paid. Well done Priceline.com.

Room was not made up even though privacy sign was removed at 9:30 am.

Friendly staff, good house keeping, close to public transportation and convenience store.
This hotel met and exceeded my expectations.

Clean and comfortable room that is close to shopping. The convenience store is connected to the pub and hotel. I took public transit directly to down town Victoria and back for four dollars and didn't worry about very expensive and limited parking. If you like to walk this is the place to enjoy your visit to Victoria, B.C.
