Everything, especially the dirty sheets that we couldn't sleep in.

Very uncomfortable. We only stayed for one night, we couldn't even sleep all night because the sheets were so itchy and dirty.

My room had excellent bed and bedding, a recliner chair, free Internet, Large flat screen TV, very nice furniture, free breakfast- all great.
The heating/air is a little dated- it is difficult to find as the GPS systems don't direct you properly.

This is by far the nicest hotel in the whole Fairfield/West Caldwell/Wayne area. I have looked at all of them and would choose this hotel again. I have stayed here before and at the end of a hard business day- it feels like coming home. A free newspaper, a comfortable recliner and the bed is awesome. This is a cozy room- the hotel has a great restaurant attached to it. Excellent stay for the price. read more

The room did not have a fridge. I am a diabetic. I got to put my insulin in a fridge the clerk refuse to give me a upgrade.

Stuck in a smoking room.

This was an excellent place to stay with children with the cheeseburger place right there and the driving range to let off a little steam and the putt putt golf for the kids.

Staff was absolutely excellent, very accommodating.

Conveniently located to areas around Wayne, Rt. 46, Rt. 23. Staff was wonderful. Room clean and spacious.

I like that outside the rooms are open, that you don't have to walk through a hallway. It is very clean and comfortable and the location is great.

The courtyard around the pool gave it a very homey feel.
If not familiar with the area. It could be hard to navigate the roads to find it's location.

My stay at the Ramada was enjoyable. There was a very slight problem with my room upon arrival but it was fixed immediately by maintenance. The maintenance person was very pleasant and was not
put out by my request.
