Very friendly and location convenient to all Flagstaff points of interest.
Outdoor access to each room and age makes it a tired feel. Well below Courtyard, Hampton Inn etc.

Very friendly, professional staff interested in making your stay very pleasant.

Unfortunately, on the flight into Phoenix on Wednesday night my daughter developed a severe sinus infection. The doctor in the emergency room restricted her from traveling into higher elevations so we couldn't go outside of Phoenix. I hear the Flag staff / Sedona / Grand Canyon area is beautiful and am sorry we missed it.

Really clean rooms with comfortable bedding, micro and fridge in the room.

This is a great hotel for the price! Very comfortable rooms with mini fridge and microwave. Good internet connections, very convenient location.

Star rating on was too high.

The hotel was what I would expect for the rate
I paid. But it was definitely not the quality of star rating. The room was generally clean and the front desk help was what you would expect from this type of place. Definitely no frills, but worth the rate.

Nice hotel.
Pool was closed for the season.

Outside entrances, which I like because it is easy to load and unload luggage. Nice location, nice room and good breakfast.
