Nice gardens and gym.
Hidden hotel fees.

Great hotel but the fact that the extra charges for the two rooms was not made clear until we left the hotel, traveling on a budget I would have made alternative accommodations, 10 dollar self parking fee is ridiculous for a hotel in a residential area.

The grounds were beautiful.
$32.50 parking and hotel fee did not know about and was the worst room location in the hotel, not outside lights, dangerous.

The hotel was old but beautiful, and the wedding was going on. Surprised to check out and find out there was a parking fee of $10 and a hotel grounds fee of $20 and another $2.50 fee for something unknown.

The hotel was just beautiful and the staff was very nice!
No complaints.

This is an excellent place to stay even if you are not a golfer. It is very serene and meets all of your expectations!

Parking lot full. charged $10/night for parking.

This is a nice hotel for a wedding reception. There is not adequate parking facilities for both hotel guests and event guests. Resort fees are mandatory even if you just sleep in the room.

Parking lot was a nightmare.

The hotel is nestled in Rancho Bernardo. I used to work in Rancho Bernardo and never new this hotel was here. Facilities were absolutely gorgeous! Room was incredibly elegant. Staff was exceptional. I was a little put off when the check-in paperwork mentioned that they charged for parking, but we weren't charged. The parking lot is a joke that should be a disgrace to the facility. It was overcrowded and full of tiny spaces. I could barely get my Toyota Camry out of one row because we were so tightly packed front-to-back and side-to-side. I actually watched a car pull out of their spot, back right into another parked SUV, and then promptly drive off without stopping. That being said, for the price, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Free Internet was a plus, too. read more
