Convenience, free breakfast.
The room was small and awkward for two people, the mattress was very uncomfortable and the bathroom sink emitted a sewer smell.

This is a small, convenient hotel within the city. There is no view other than parking lots. It has a bar/lounge and a breakfast room. The room seemed to us to be a small lock-off rather than a full-sized room.
