It cannot be done in 20 words or less.

The A/C was poor. The bathroom window was open and could not close without motel assistance. There was a bed room window that was not close able but the storm window was used to keep the cool air inside. The wash towels and towelettes were not as white as expected. There were flies in the room which we combated with Lysol spray supplied by the management. The door was very loosely latched. read more

Its near the attractions, the staff very friendly
It could be cleaner especially the bathroom, the room has some flies.

Good for low budget, and for 1 or couple nights, if you think of it as a bed and a bath not more.

The price was good.
Was not the cleanest place.

The price was the only thing good about it. It was not the cleanest place. The rooms smelled really bad. The bathroom was not the greatest. The shower was broken the sink leaked. The beds were hard as a rock.

Clean, great TV, amazing staff.
Old furniture.

Loved this motel! It you need a no frills motel that is reasonable but provides spacious clean rooms with air conditioners that work and a TV with lots of channels that comes in clear, then this motel is for you. The manager and his son was very helpful.

Good rooms at good price.

Hotel is located at 2 miles from Niagara falls. Hotel staff is very friendly and co-operative. For the price which I gave I am happy for that. I have read some reviews on priceline.com before booking it and I was confused but now after staying I can recommend it to my friends.
