Lady at front desk was honest and nice, room was OK.
Pillows crap, no free parking and no shuttle to airport 1 mile away.
I paid for the hotel, $10.00 in parking, and $30.00 for cabs to and from hotel to pick up my car. This doubled the price of the hotel. The woman at front desk was very helpful 10 stars. Pillows were crappy and would have brought my own if I had known.

Staff was wonderful, they had hot coffee.
Bathroom was not clean.
This motel is really trying. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, as far as the front desk staff goes. The rooms are still not the greatest, housekeeping kept knocking on the door, well before checkout and did not speak English, had to show me a written statement that said " I do not speak English" on the back of the clipboard. I find that a little unprofessional. There are no ''do not disturb'' signs. Coffee was hot and delicious in the am. I would stay there again as long as they don't let the cleaners leave the dirty rags in the hallways (which they did) and even one, propping up the doorway to outside. read more

Location was good.
No iron or blow dryer. Very minimal amenities.
This hotel was a motel, strictly for sleeping and then leaving. The mattress was hard and the bathroom looked old, although pretty clean.

Convenient location.
Air Conditioning unit too weak to cool the whole room.
Generally clean, though the facilities are clearly outdated and in need of remodeling. The A/C unit only cooled the corner of the room it was located in; the rest of the room remained hot and muggy. A sign requesting guests to let the hot water run for an extended period to reach acceptable use temperature underlined the generally low quality of the room itself.

The bed existed.
Bedsheets were wet, room was dirty, and buildings falling down.
This was a poor hotel. You can get cheaper and better rooms paying posted prices.

Quiet during the time we were there.
Road access is a bit difficult.
Reasonably priced and located close to most Syracuse attractions: airport, mall, shopping, downtown.

This hotel was the worst ever I have stayed until now. The room was smelling dust and you could feel the dirt on the floor when you step on bare foot. The bed linens were very low quality, and the bed was not comfortable at all. It was making weird noises as I turn around. I had to lie on the bed still to be able to fall asleep. In addition, the hotel was very close to the airport, and airplane noise was very disturbing. I stayed airport hotel numerous times, but for the first time, experienced this much noise. read more
