The hotel had an 'old' feel to it; cold and out of date.

This hotel was not a comfortable hotel. The decor was old and out of date. The rooms were cold, the carpets were in need of replacement, the bathrooms were in need of remodel, and the beds were not comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to my family and was not a good experience for business.

The bed were extremly comfortable.
Front help not as computer-savy as they should be, very nice person, needs more computer training.

Nice location, right across from dining/bar as well as having a lounge in Hotel. Easy access to many locations, mall, gas groceries and dining.

Nice staff and big pool.
Cold pool. Thin walls.

We were awakened at 1 am by loud noises upstairs. We asked the staff to check on it and it was temporarily fixed, but later continued on and kept both my husband and I and my mother who was in an adjacent room awake. Red Lion has not worked with us to fix this problem.

Rooms smoky, noisy, water pressure weak, bed old, bedding poor.

Rooms need a total remake.

Exceeded our expectations of a three star hotel.
Early morning maid service was unwanted.

Very enjoyable, with a very relaxed atmosphere in the evening, mornings with the conference rooms made everything way to busy in the lobby!
