The whole upscale appearance for cheap and the location.
All tile in hallways and hard to keep quiet when walking to room because of echos.

This room was excellent. I've spent almost twice as much for a less quality of a hotel. I did not bring my pet, but it is a nice hotel to bring a pet too. I would definately stay there time and time again.

Iin a nice quiet location, near freeway, room was very nice, better than I expected.
The only thing I noticed was the pool towers were small and flimsy.

The room and surrounding area was attractive, clean and inviting. It was more than I expected.It was easy to find, nice location, felt safe.The breakfast that comes with price of room was excellent. Friendly staff. I believe the only reason it does not have a higher star rating is it's not brand new. Very well kept up.

The location of the room was right next to the pool and the hotel was close to the freeway. Shopping centers were very close and convenient.

Our family enjoyed our stay and we were surprised at how quiet it was even though it was near the freeway. The continental breakfast was also more than what we had expected.

While the room was nice, and bed/linens/pillows comfortable.
The public spaces are in sad shape, and restaurant/bar pretty lacking.

Very nice room, all else a bit lacking.

It had everything we needed, breakfast, refrigerate, micro-wave, ironing equipment, lots of room.

It was fantastic! They could start doing just a little face lifting. But, it was wonderful.
