Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Was very happy with my stay- have previously stayed here and was not happy, so this stay was definitely an improvement. I'd be happy to stay here again!

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced in any hotel.

I liked the fitness center and it's 24 hour access, The lounge was very reasonable for food and beverages.
Although it is a downtown location, it is a little hard to find. Once you become familiar with area, it gets better.
We were very pleased with our stay at the Red Lion. We used the shuttle to and from the airport, and the staff was more than helpful. Room was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, an excellent hotel!

Clean, friendly, re-modeled, new, spacious, great.
Breakfast was not complimentary.
This hotel has been re-modeled since the last time
I stayed there; it is beautiful, new, clean, great out door pool and whirlpool location is a little isolating but we did not care for this trip.

The location.
Very unwelcoming and dirty.
We stayed for three nights and will never stay there again. This hotel is dingy and the staff are almost rude. We had to get a luggage cart ourselves and take our bags up to a small room with two full size beds. The pictures were cheap and the frames were falling apart! The bathroom had a broken shower and the bathroom fan was encrusted with grime and not functioning! There was mildew in the shower. The walls were paper thin and we heard the neighbors every movement. We were woken up the first night by the alarm clock at 4:30 blasting mariachi music which scared us half to death and the woke up the baby next door who started crying. We got very little sleep on tiny pillows and were never so glad to leave a hotel in our lives. Families beware. read more
